Director of Hertz Nursery School
Temple Israel of Sharon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director for the Hertz Nursery School, which serves children ages 15 months to Pre-K. The Director will oversee both the summer and academic year programs, ensuring a high-quality, nurturing, and engaging educational environment that aligns with our values and mission. The Director is responsible for sustaining and expanding the nurturing, creative and inspiring early childhood Jewish educational program.

Religious School Youth Advisor
Temple Israel is seeking a dynamic Youth Advisor to join our Education staff. This full or part-time position is responsible for planning and executing innovative programming with our youth (grades K-12), creating positive Jewish experiences; planning social events, and leading informal Jewish educational opportunities. The Youth Advisor will build on the strong foundations of our youth program to sustain a meaningful, values-driven, and fun community for our youth. The Youth Advisor will work collaboratively with clergy, staff, and lay leaders to create a welcoming and enriching environment that promotes Jewish learning and values, Jewish pride, and community involvement.
This position is supervised by the Director of Youth Education and Programming.

Part Time Custodian
Some responsibilities include:
- Perform and oversee maintenance of building and grounds of Temple Israel. Building maintenance is included, but not limited to painting, hanging pictures, cleaning gutters, snow removal, etc.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the building. This includes, but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, washing, and buffing floors; vacuuming carpets, dusting, and cleaning furniture, shelves, walls, doors, and equipment; collecting and disposing of building trash; cleaning restrooms and replenishing restroom supplies; washing glass areas including windows, changing light bulbs.
- Required and be able to lift and move tables, chairs, and other materials and furniture.
- Regularly communicate with and provide outstanding service to congregants and office staff.
