Youth Groups & USY

Chaverim (Grades K-4)

Our youngest youth group for children in grades Kindergarten- 4th grade, meets roughly once a month to join our K-7 youth community for an outing, or experience their own hour long social program from 11:30-12:30 pm on various Sundays throughout the year. This is a time for our K-4 students to develop closer friendships, create community, and have fun in a social setting.

Gesher (Grades 5-7)

Our students in grades 5-7 meet regularly on Sundays from 9:00-11:30 am to participate in learning and social activities together. This opportunity provides the time for children to enjoy the youth lounge in an informal setting, participate in organized social programming, and learn various Jewish topics to enrich their religious school learning. Gesher has activities both at the synagogue and around the greater Boston area.

USY (Grades 8-12)

We are bringing back a local USY chapter for grades 8-12! USY (United Synagogue Youth), is a youth movement of USCJ (United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism), committed to igniting the spirit of Conservative Jewish teens throughout North America for over six decades.

USY is more than just a youth group – it is a dynamic community dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Jewish leaders. USY provides programs for teens to connect, socialize, and embark on a journey of personal growth and empowerment inside and outside the synagogue’s walls.

Join us in our re-forming chapter of USY and unlock your potential to lead and inspire!
